Since this plugin is not (yet) available through the WordPress repository, the best way to stay updated is through Github's "Watch" option.
Go to https://github.com/Beee4life/acf-city-selector and click the 'Watch' button.
Select "Releases only". You'll then receive an email when a new version is released.
